An IDE or text editor is a very important tool for programming. We write code, fix bugs by using it. It saves our time by guessing, syntax highlighting, debugging etc. It is very hard to find a good IDE or text editor. If you ask me I recommend you Komodo Edit.
Komodo Edit is a free(cut-down version of Komodo IDE), complete development environment for Web and cloud-based projects. This is one thing that makes it different from other free code editors such as Notepad++ Komodo offers a subset of what can be done with Komodo IDE.

Use darling emulator to run OS X softwares in Linux. Darling is an open source OS X emulation layer for Linux like Wine(for windows software).
